This has to be one of the most friendly atmospheres you will ever encounter. I bought my 2019 Softail Slim through Lonnie. He was very helpful and transparent and allowed me to make a final decision on my purchase. I never felt pressured and the process was smooth. The second part of the review is about the MSF they offer. When I bought my bike Trey (manager there) talked to me about taking the course, he enrolled me in it and I’m happy to say I completed it last week. Coach Thomas was an amazing instructor and the three days spent with him I learned an immense amount. If anyone is lucky enough to have him as their instructor when they go through the course you will not be disappointed! Trey came out everyday and also supported everyone in the class. I’m proud to be a part of the HD rally point family!
Terrible experience at this place. They have radio adds about home of the free tire install. It's a complete lie. They wanted almost the same price as the tire. Won't let you just buy a tire. Out the door almost $400 for a, single tire. Crooks shady business practice company. Do yourself a favor and drive up to Newnan
I love this place. I took the learn to ride course and it was amazing! I had a hard time at first but the coach was able to help me get through it mentally and show me I can actually do it, and I passed. And Trey and Pawpaw were instrumental in helping me pass also, and getting me on my first bike. They really treat you like family at Rally Point.

Cool place, love the name! We were there between Christmas and New Years looking for apparel. Normally, would expect someone to ask if we could be helped. While I am an active Harley Rider, I don't need help finding anything, but there wasn't much going on. I will go back next Summer...

They wouldn't tell you what your interest rate for financing is. The salesman did his job reasonably. It was a how much did I want to give them down not what they could come down on the bike. I was told that I was paying for the name harley Davidson. I don't pay for names. I'm in the market to purchase a bike not a name. The people were friendly but I felt like I was getting a run around on the purchase of the bike. They have the local business locked down with a military base nearby so I guess you can do what you want.*** This a update. The owner Mr. Ben called and invited me to come in and tell him what went wrong with my experience so that his staff could do it differently for the next customer. He explained that it would be a good learning experience to update some things that can be done differently so that the customers will have a more enjoyable experience. We talked about alot of common things that the both of us used to do and about family. I'm glad that I had a chance to meet him and learn some things from him also. You have to respect someone willing to sit down with you that genuinely cares about why your experience didn't go as planned and to look for ways to update their sales approach. So thanks Mr. Ben.
There’s a mechanic there named Nick that doesn’t try to nickel and dime you. He’s honest and very knowledgeable about Harley’s. Whenever my bike goes in for service, I know it’s in good hands like Allstate.
